A: In order to recommend the most suitable model, please let us know your usage purpose of the product- what merchandize you put inside, bottled drinks, beers, ice-creams, dairy products or frozen meet etc.? Also advise us your store layout.

Q: What is your MOQ requirement?
A: Usually the MOQ quantity is 1x40'HC container for each model. But for your first order, we accept mixed quantities of different models to fill in 1x40'HC container.

Q: What is your lead time?
A: For your first order, our lead time is 40- 45 days. For your repeated order, the lead time can be within 30 days.

Q: How to make the payment?
A: We accept the payment by T/T. the customer can choose 100% T/T payment in advance, or 30% T/T payment in advance, and pay the 70% balance before shipment.
